In 1946, the newly established United Nations organization published an astounding document: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, otherwise known as the UDHR.

Those of you who have been following along now know that "Human" is a particular legal term, derived from the idea that a Legal Person is a Hue-of-Man, or "Color of Man" (as in "Color of Law" ), which is adopted when serving in foreign jurisdictions of the law --- as for example, when in Military Service, or when operating as a Diplomat, or when engaged in Federal Civil Service work, or serving in elected offices in foreign corporations.

If you dig into the genesis of the whole concept of what a "Human" is, you will find that it is accorded the status of a "monster" or "animal" or "creature" and is in no way equivalent to a man.

A "Human" is a thing, and in particular, it's a Legal Thing, a so-called "Legal Entity" or "Person".

So why the big hullabaloo over "Human Rights"?
Why not celebrate and enforce the rights of Mankind?

To understand this, you have to go back to the Romano-British Caste System, where both the Man and the "Persons" artificially attached to him are in a strict hierarchy that determines the law under which all these personas are functioning.

The living man lives under Natural Law and Divine Grace; his first, Lawful Person, a "Human" functions under the International Law of the Land; his second Person is a Legal Person -- a "Human" functioning under the International Law of the Sea; and finally a Third PERSON, another Legal Entity known as a corporation franchise is attached to him -- and it functions under the Law of the Air.

Within the Romano-British Caste System which uses its own style conventions these various Persons have a pecking order:

man (natural individual)
Man (member of a family)
Human (Lawful Person)
Human (Legal Person)
HUMAN (LEGAL PERSON in commerce)

As you can see from this basic schematic, Man is a derivative of man, the Lawful Person is a derivative of Man, the Legal Person is a derivative of the Lawful Person, the Corporate Legal PERSON is a derivative of the Legal Person.... all the Legal Persons derive their definition and obtain their existence from Statutory (Roman) Law.

In the version of this game played in America, which was supposed to be imposed only on British Territorial U.S. Citizens, but which was misapplied to virtually everyone in this country, you have:

man: John Michael (living man)
Man: John Adams (Lawful Person)
Human: John Michael Adams (First Legal Person)
Human: John M. Adams (Second Legal Person)
HUMAN: JOHN MICHAEL ADAMS (Third Legal PERSON)

As you can see the buzz about The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is about the rights to be accorded to these fictional entities, all these "Humans" and "HUMANS" being attached to you, and not about the Natural and Unalienable Rights of mankind at all.

Article 6 permits you to declare yourself a human and claim the rights secured by The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Please note that doing this is only desirable if you were living as a slave before; it represents a terrible loss if you are already in possession of your Natural and Unalienable rights-- the rights Americans are born with.

Article 21 of the UDHR then provides your Exemption from "human" status, if you don't wish to live your life as a "human" and prefer to preserve your Natural and Unalienable Rights instead, you can decline "human" status and the legal presumption of "human" status provided by the UDHR, by claiming the Article 21 Exemption.

Having already reclaimed your birthright political status has pre-established your claim to be a living man (or woman) so that when the Article 21 Exemption is applied, you already have a political and social status to fall back on. You are not left stateless nor assumed to be a slave.

All Americans returned or returning to their birthright political status have, by their definitive action, rejected "human" status and claimed their exemption under Article 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and they do not accept any claim of statelessness or enslavement that may be attached to humans acting as citizens of foreign states or domains, nor any legal presumptions attached to such humans.

This applies to all Americans native to or living in the fifty (50) States of the Union or abroad, who have already accepted or who will in future accept their birthright political status or who will adopt such status as naturalized immigrants.
